Help people in prison prepare for job interviews

How you can use your experience of conducting interviews to support people to secure work following their release from prison.

Mock interviews in prisons

Recycling Lives are looking for people to go into a prison and run one-hour mock interview sessions with people who are approaching their release date. Some of the individuals that Recycling Lives work with have never had an interview before while others will be uncertain about demonstrating their value to an employer. Your experience and knowledge of interviewing will be invaluable in helping these people take their next steps into employment.

The prisons that Recycling Lives work with are based in the North of England. The mock interview sessions would all take place during the day on a weekday. Recycling Lives will talk you through the process and be with you throughout your visit to the prison.
