Charity Boost

Charity Boost is a trial initiative from the CIPD Trust and the Charities HR Network to support smaller charities with their HR practice. As part of  the professional body for HR and people development we want to share the experience of our network to support organisations who are on the frontline of social issues.  Through a blend of expert insights and peer learning we facilitate workshops on topics that are crucial to the success of smaller charities.

These sessions are an opportunity for smaller charities to share their HR challenges in a confidential environment and receive guidance on best practice as well as support from other organisations in the sector.

Who is this for?

Charity Boost open to people who work at a charity with oversight of HR or people functions. You might have HR in your job title or you might be responsible for office management or part of senior leadership.

These workshops are for organisations with fewer than 100 staff. 

Is it only for charities?

Charity Boost is for any charity or other organisation with a social purpose e.g. Community Interest Company. These sessions are aimed at organisations with fewer than 100 employees.

Are these workshops recorded?

No, in order to create an environment where people can share their challenges in confidence we do not record these sessions.
