Our impact
We have developed a streamlined approach to measuring and reporting the outcomes of our programmes – the CIPD Trust Impact Framework. Our ambition is to deliver social change through the power of the people profession and we’ve made progress across our three core outcomes:
- Greater access to and a better experience of work for individuals
- Organisational practice that changes working lives.
- A diverse equitable and prosperous society providing fairer work.

Krystyna – Rebuilding Futures mentee
I can already say that thanks to this programme and my mentor, I feel significantly more confident navigating the job market, in the process of searching for vacancies, and in applying for roles. My mentor and I worked together to completely revamp my CV, into a CV that really stands out and makes me a competitive candidate which is something I struggled with before.
Joining the programme has nurtured my success where it was much harder to see progress when I first came to the country. The regular sessions have been invaluable in helping me understand workplace cultures. My mentor has also been a great source of motivation, ensuring I stay positive throughout the process. we’ve already planned a mock interview to ensure I’m fully prepared when the opportunity comes. I truly appreciate and am deeply grateful for this support.
