Our new mentoring platform makes it easier than ever to find and build a meaningful relationship with a mentee by offering:

  • Personalised mentoring, to suit your unique needs as a people professional
  • Quick and easy online registration
  • Access to all the tools and resources you need for a successful mentoring relationship
  • Updates and reminders to keep your mentoring relationship on track

Of course, if you’re in need of some guidance or career advice yourself, you can register as a mentee and mentor on the platform, ensuring you get the support you need alongside encouraging others.

Login and register using your CIPD credentials to start your mentoring journey

The new platform enables members to connect as mentor and mentee from anywhere in the world, matching the skills of the mentor to the needs of the mentee. It’s super easy to use, manage your profile and connect with your mentee and provides dozens of fabulous short videos to guide you through your role as a mentor.
