Future People Leaders

Developing future people leaders at the start of their leadership journey.

two people conducting business in an office environment.

‘Frances gave me space to reflect, encouraged me when opportunities didn’t work out, and helped me see that growth isn’t always vertical, sometimes it’s about broadening your experience. The lessons you learn about influence, confidence and self-awareness are transformative, they don’t just prepare you for leadership, they prepare you for life.'

-Stephanie Ebohon, Head of People and Culture and previous mentee

Supporting the leaders of the future

Our Future People Leaders programme supports people professionals who are starting out on their leadership journey and are facing barriers to their progression – whether through a protected characteristic lens or more broadly including things like caring responsibilities. It matches 12 people with a senior-level mentor (Head of HR or equivalent/higher).
