Demystify the recruitment process for jobseekers
Looking for work can be a lonely and confusing process. People searching for a job might not know what employers are looking for or how to demonstrate their skills and experience. Who better to talk them through the ins and outs of the hiring process than the people on the other side of the hiring desk – the people profession.
As part of our commitment to helping people to access work we run webinar-style panel discussions on key job search topics. We could be discussing how to talk about a gap on your CV, how employers use technology in the hiring process or how to professionally negotiate a job offer. We’re looking for people professionals with experience in recruitment or learning and development to speak on these webinars and share their experience and knowledge to help jobseekers better understand the hiring process from the perspective of employers or recruiters.
If you are interested in joining our list of speakers please fill out the form below. When we’re planning a webinar that would be a good fit for your skills and experience we’ll get in touch.
