Support people in their 50s and 60s to find work
Help people to secure jobs by boosting their confidence and giving advice on our Reconnect to Work programme

Reconnect To Work programme
The CIPD Trust is thrilled to be partnering with Pavers Foundation on a project to support people over 55 to find work. People in their 50s and 60s are more likely to become long-term unemployed after falling out of work, and workers made redundant over 50 are three times less likely to return to work within three months than those younger than them. Often those who want, or need to work, don’t have access to the necessary support to help them find and sustain good employment.
We’re hoping we can change that together. We’re looking for HR professionals with recruitment experience who are interested in providing support to those looking for work. The project will be based across central southern England (Gloucestershire, Worcestershire, Oxfordshire, Dorset, and nearby areas) and we’re keen to hear from people professionals in that area who would like to get involved in supporting people in their 50s and 60s through coaching, CV clinics and interview practice. We will also have opportunities to support remotely so please fill out the form below if you are interested.
