Deliver one-off employability sessions for jobseekers in London
We’re looking for HR professionals who can spare a few hours to share their knowledge with people who are struggling to get into employment

Flexible commitment, lasting impact
Looking for work is a daunting process and knowing where to find good quality advice can be even harder. That’s why we’ve partnered with Jobcentres and other organisations to bring the expertise of HR directly to jobseekers. These flexible, one-off sessions help jobseekers build confidence, understand what employers are looking for, and take positive steps back into work — with no ongoing commitment, just the opportunity to create a lasting impact.
You could be:
- Delivering a structured two-hour employability workshop
- Hosting a stand at a careers fair
- Running a drop-in CV clinic
Each opportunity is different, and we’ll make sure you have the guidance, materials and practical information you need to feel prepared and make the session a success. We aim to have at least two volunteers at each event, so you’ll have someone alongside you to share the session, answer questions and support participants together. We’ll also reimburse any travel expenses.
Work in Learning and Development?
We’re particularly looking for people who are comfortable delivering inspiring information sessions. We’ll provide the structure and you can make the session your own. This an opportunity to use your creative facilitation skills and really make a difference.
