Through our network of experienced HR professionals, we offer free, practical support, including one-to-one mentoring and expert-led webinars. Whether you need guidance on job applications, interview techniques, career progression or support rebuilding your confidence, we’re here to help you succeed.
Three in four (74%) participants report that the CIPD Trust programme has resulted in a positive change to their working lives, especially through access and progress within work. A quarter (24%) have started a new job, 18% have started an apprenticeship, internship or work experience, and 9% received a promotion or took on more responsibility. 42% believe the programme has directly improved their job prospects.
