Sally Eley
Head of the CIPD trust

I’m proud to lead the work of the CIPD Trust team, making sure that our work delivers a measurable impact to both the people profession and beneficiaries of our programmes and activities. I’m passionate about supporting people facing barriers to getting into work and believe that HR professionals have the power to make life changing differences to many people and also improve their organisations by creating more inclusive workplaces. Outside of my day job I’m privileged to be a Trustee of St Giles Trust.

Leah De Silva
Senior Programme Manager

I engage with our network of Senior People Leaders to use their skills, insights and expertise in a variety of settings: as speakers, mentors, coaches, contributors and change-makers – in a bid to create a more representative People Profession, and support more people get in and get on in work.  I love making connections and chairing discussions, giving platforms to diverse voices. Outside of work, previously a trustee driving greater representation in the Arts and Culture space.

Karine McDonald
Programme Systems Administrator

I am the first point of contact for all queries and volunteer applications to the Trust. No matter your query, my aim is to ensure that your experience with us is a seamless one.

Ressina Chambers
Programme Co-ordinator

I engage with all the incredible individuals joining our programmes, ensuring each one is the perfect fit to support growth and success. I help recruit mentors, providing them with opportunities to enhance their continual professional development while making a lasting impact on the next generation of leaders. I believe in the power of mentorship, connection, and empowerment to create meaningful change within the workplace and beyond.

Allie Platt
Programme Executive

I’m the go-to contact for our bursary fund. An Associate CIPD member, I am passionate about supporting students access resources to build their expertise of HR. Additionally, I work extensively with third-sector organizations, forging connections to CIPD Trust’s wide range of programs and opportunities, all aimed at strengthening their networks and amplifying their impact.

Dee Kalsi
Project Executive

I support Trust programmes and ensure impactful project outcomes with a focus on supporting people with experience of the criminal justice system. I’m currently leading the Beyond the Gates HMP Styal project supporting women prisoners back into work. Also, working closely with New Futures Network connecting HR experts to Employment Advisory Boards within prisons. I love to see the difference our people profession experts make to working lives.

Zoë Raymond
Programme Design and Development Manager

I look after the design of the Trust programmes and ensure that we are providing a positive, impactful experience for our volunteers and participants. I love creating new ways for volunteers to make a difference and I’m always looking out for new ways for the Trust to improve and grow our work.
