As a parent of a special needs child, life can be hectic, and finding time for myself and my career goals was challenging. This programme has been a game-changer for me, providing structure and clear steps toward achieving my goals beyond motherhood. I needed confidence and a boost in my job search, and my mentor provided exactly that.   Through our conversations, my mentor helped me build a network I didn’t have before and encouraged me to apply for jobs with renewed confidence. I no longer fear talking to people, and I now feel prepared for interviews—something I had always struggled with. Together, we revamped my CV and practiced interview questions, which were huge hurdles for me. I’ve learned that gaps in my CV are okay, and I now know how to present them positively to employers.   Thanks to this support, I’ve had multiple interviews, and for the first time, I reached the third stage of an interview process, which was a major achievement for me. My mentor has been so kind, knowledgeable, and encouraging, and I now feel in a great place for my future, more independent and confident than ever."
